Complaint policy

Every client (parent/guardian) who uses our services has the right to file a complaint if the service is not satisfactory.

The complaints procedure describes how complaints are registered and handled. 

Complaint form Atalenta childcare

The complaint form is sent to the Quality Department: kwaliteitko@atalenta.nl.

This department takes care of the substantive handling and registration of the complaint. We will ensure that the complaint is carefully investigated. We will keep you informed of the progress of the handling of the complaint. A complaint is handled within a period of six weeks.

Our complaints procedure can be found on our website. There is also the Geschillencommissie Kinderopvang[1] where you can submit your complaint. We believe it is important that you submit your complaint to us first, so that we have the opportunity to come to a solution together with you.

In 2023, there were a total of 33 written complaints from parents/caregivers and/or staff that affected our locations, distributed across the child care types we offer as follows:

  • Daycare: 15          
  • Out-of-school care: 16
  • We have received and dealt with 0 complaints regarding the between-school care.
  • We have received and dealt with 2 complaints from our staff.
